What the diagnosis separates: Maintenance checks distinguish a restricted condensate path from icing or another mechanical issue. Water near electrical equipment requires prompt attention.
A possible next step: A confirmed drain restriction may be cleared and drainage verified. Recurring water after cleaning requires diagnosis beyond routine maintenance.

Dirty coils and reduced performance
The complaint: The system runs longer and visible buildup is present on accessible components.
What the diagnosis separates: The filter, accessible coil condition, airflow and drainage are reviewed. Visible dirt alone does not prove the cause of every cooling complaint.
A possible next step: Appropriate cleaning may address a maintenance problem. Electrical, refrigerant or major component faults require a separate assessment; maintenance does not guarantee restoration of cooling.
