Refund Policy – Leo’sFix

At Leo’sFix, we stand behind the quality of our service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or service corrections may be provided.

1. Service Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the completed appointment.

  • We may offer a free follow-up visit to correct the issue.

  • Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable time or if the issue is directly related to our service.

2. Parts and Materials

  • Parts ordered and installed are non-refundable unless proven defective.

  • Manufacturer warranties may apply, and we will assist with warranty claims when possible.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a non-refundable service call fee.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Zelle, card, cash) within 5–10 business days.
